Beer Recipe - Alter Sommer (Leichtbier)

Inspired by Wolke 7, but altered to fit my ingredients.
Base data
- Original wort: 9.5 °P
- Alcohol: 3.3% Vol.
- Main pour: 27 l
- Post pout: 13 l
- End product: 30 l
- Bitter: ~ 20 IBU
- Color: ~ 20 EBC
Ingredience
- 3.0 kg Pilsener Malz (60%)
- 1.50 kg Münchner Malz Typ 1 (30%)
- 0.50 kg CARAHELL (10%)
- 0.04 kg Tettnanger pellts 3.5% A
- 0.03 kg Cascade pellets 6.0% A
- 0.02 kg Tettnanger dried flower (mystery A, from my garden)
- 11 g SafAle K-97 yeast
Mashing
- 57 °C - Mashing in
- 57 °C - 10 minutes protein rest
- 72 °C - 30 minutes 1. sugar rest
- 76 °C - 10 minutes 2. sugar rest (until no starch is left)
- 78 °C - Mashing out
Hop boiling
- 90 minutes total
- 40 g Tettnanger pellets before boiling
- 30 g Cascade pellets 10 minutes before end
- 20 g Tettnanger flower in Whirlpool
